i believe that Francis Hopkinson and Betsy Ross made the Flag because. Beasty Ross owned a sewing shop, and Francis Hopkinson he designed the Navel Flag.Betsy Ross has also made flags before they have both made flags so is a possible that  they could have worked to gather to,create the  U.S flag.I thank Betsy Ross created the stars on flag and that Francis Hopkins designed the flag.
